APARTMENT MANAGER - (Mesa, AZ) - Category: Real Estate

We currently have an open Apartment Manager position at the following Management Support community:

Compensation is based on experience and our anticipation of your performance. Pay rate is starting at $68,000.00 per year. We are particularly looking for applicants who are confident that their management skills and personality will yield high productivity. Use your skills more profitably. Applicants with REIT and large property management company experience are welcome. This is a full-time position. Review MS website prior to application:

Job responsibilities include:
• Supervise/manage large leasing and maintenance staff
• Ability to supervise while delegating authority and job functions
• Work well with both regional supervisors and central administration
• Familiarity with A/P & A/R processing
• Perform property and unit inspections
• Ability to handle both employee and resident issues

• Five (5) years property management experience
• Proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook
• Proficiency with apartment management software, RealPage a plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to learn and follow written policy
• Stable work history
• Some college preferred
• Multifamily management certificates a plus
• Association & REIT Certificates a plus
• Current driver's license, with verifiable auto insurance.
• Bilingual (any language) a plus

For over 50 years, Management Support has privately owned, developed and managed its own portfolio of luxury Class A and B multi-family apartments with extraordinary amenities. In Texas, properties are in Austin, San Antonio and the greater Dallas area including Carrollton, Farmers Branch, Lewisville, McKinney, Plano and Richardson. In Arizona, properties are in Chandler, Gilbert, Mesa, Phoenix and Scottsdale. We currently own and manage approximately 13,500 units including our properties under construction. We have 63 acres of land in Gilbert to be developed with about 1300 units. We are looking for an organized and responsible individual who takes pride in their work.

Payroll is every 2 weeks with required deductions, direct deposit to your checking account.
